Patient H., 78 y.o., expansive cancer of head skin, sprouted in periosteum of pariental and temporal bones.
Histological test No 1023-1026: medullar tumor with sprouting to derma.
Wide crumbled tumor caused periodical bleedings, sometimes massive. The tumor surface partially
covered by purulent layers. Here, we would like to underline, that electrocoagulation have expressed
advance being applied in cases accompanied by inflammatory and purulent processes, since high
temperature liquidates any infections, as well, as cancer tissue.

10 years monitoring is not detected any signs of recurrence or metastases.
