Patient V., 54 y., cancer of right breast, cancer lymphangiitis. Breast  totally infiltrated.

Metastases to regional lymph nodes.

Histological test: adenocarcinoma with necrotic areas.

In lymph nodes – metastases.

 After  the application of endolymphatic polychemotherapy (several times)

via right hand  lymphatic vessels –

the tumor mass and metastatic lymph nodes nodes considerable decreased  in size.

In the end of treatment the patient underwent – right radical mastectomy
